Steps
- Draw your signature with a mouse, stylus, or touchscreen.
- Download the transparent PNG.
- Open the PDF in an editor that supports inserting an image.
- Place, resize, and review the signature before saving.
When an image signature is not enough
An inserted image does not prove identity, create an audit trail, or cryptographically detect document changes. For regulated or high-value agreements, use the method required by the recipient.
